Thank you so much for visiting Tracey's Boutique!

If you live in the Regina area, or will be visiting the area, I do have a small boutique in my home and have a selection of items available for immediate purchase.

I am open by appointment only. Just call ahead to arrange a visit.

Please read the shop policies below before making any purchase.

Payments:

I accept all forms of payments through PayPal.

You can pay with PayPal even if you don't have an account with them.

I also accept cash on pickup/delivery for local customers.

Prices on my site are in Canadian funds.

Wait Time:

Wait/turnaround time is currently 10 - 14 days for your order to ship.

Your items are custom made upon order, especially for you!

Shipping:

All items are packaged carefully and securely by me.

Shipping costs are not included in item prices.

I do all my shipping through Canada Post, and will send it regular mail unless you specify that you would like it sent ExpressPost or with insurance.

Shipping Charges:
$3.00 for items shipped within Canada
$5.00 for items shipped to the United States

I'm still getting all my postal rates straightened around and completely accurate, but bottom line is that you will only pay the EXACT SHIPPING on your item(s), never any more than that. It's something I take pride in as a seller. In the event of a discrepancy or error, you will be issued a refund for excess shipping paid. (If anyone takes a hit on postage charges, it will be me - when I am the buyer, I hate being overcharged for postage and handling!)

All items are custom made, epecially for you, after receipt of payment.

Items shipped within Canada typically arrive within 1 week.

Items shipped to the US take approximately 2-3 weeks, unless you would like your items shipped via ExpressPost.

Shipping will be combined for multiple items.

Worldwide shipping is available. Please inquire about the cost to ship to destinations outside Canda and the USA.

Refunds & Exchanges:

I am all about 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I want you to be happy with your item(s).

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact me and I will resolve the issue, whether it be through a return or exchange.

I will not refund shipping costs.

If you would like more than one of the same item, contact me prior to placing your order and I will prepare a custom order especially for you.

I can make or customize virtually anything to suit your individual tastes/needs. I do accept a limited number of commissions, but am currently booked until the Winter of 2011. Email me at info@traceys-boutique.com with inquiries.

All items are professionally tagged/packaged, so they are perfect for gift giving.

Disclaimer - Important:

Please remember that while tiny infants cannot remove their hair accessories, once they start to have control of their little hands, hats, flowers and clippies can be pulled off and go into their little mouths. Hair accessories can be a choking hazard for infants and small children.

Please be careful and never, ever leave your child unattended with them.

If you would like a rush order or insurance, email me and we can work out the details.

Tracking and insurance is available at your request. If you choose not to insure your item, I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

Currently, I am at a 7 - 10 day turnaround. Your item(s) will be shipped out within 7 - 10 days of receipt of payment.

Wait times can vary during the holiday seasons. Expect delays, and order early to avoid disappointment.
